Its worth it to have a referral network, a room full of colleagues who actually show up for you, and access to providers who will send you clients. One referral pays for the whole year. That's not a cost. That's an investment with a return you can track.

General networking groups don't work because they're built for everyone, which means they're built for no one. Matrikas is only reproductive health providers and brands. The midwife, the pelvic floor PT, the lactation consultant, the chiropractor, all in the same room, all asking how can I support you? That's not networking. That's a referral ecosystem.
