Alexandra Latten Argosino owns and operates Rainbow Nannies & Rainbow Sitters, a boutique nanny and on-call babysitting placement agency; proudly serving families across Southern California — including Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties.

With more than 30 years of experience as a Nurse, Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, and agency owner, Alexandra’s passion lies in creating meaningful connections between families, nannies and babysitters. Known for her compassionate and personalized approach, she walks alongside families and nannies throughout the entire process.

Beyond her agency work, Alexandra is an Usui and Animal Reiki Master Practitioner, offering gentle energy healing at local animal rescues and shelters. She shares her life with her beloved dog, Theodore Fitzgerald (Teddy for short), and her husband, Wally, her greatest source of support.
