ASK A CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACH
When to refer, what I treat, and how to work together.
What I Actually Do
I help founders who are parents build businesses that grow around the life they want, not at the cost of their wellbeing. I bring coaching experience in life, leadership, and business, an HR background designing better work experiences, and mentoring through the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center. I don't tell overloaded clients to do more. I help them get more out of what they're already doing.
When to Refer to Me
Their to-do list never ends and the day never has enough hours.
They know they need better systems but don't know where to start.
Family time and time for themselves keep landing on the "someday" list.
They don't have a business community for brainstorming and real resources.
They say they want balance and they're clearly heading toward burnout.
What a Referral Conversation Sounds Like
"You keep telling me you're running on empty and your family's getting what's left. Amy coaches founders who are parents to build a business around the life they want, not the other way around. She's not going to hand you more homework."
When Not to Refer to Me
They aren't open to changing how they approach work and routines.
They aren't interested in supporting or collaborating with other business owners.
They aren't willing to make their own time and wellbeing the foundation.
How We Work Together
I work 1:1, through my community, and through speaking and workshops, so collaboration can take a lot of shapes.
Referral partnerships, joint workshops, podcast conversations, or something we design together.
I'm looking for long-term, mutually supportive partners who also serve parent founders.
