What I Actually Do
I'm a fertility physician who also coaches, and I look at the whole human. When someone's symptoms, stress, relationships, sexuality, and history are all tangled up and every specialist is only looking at one piece, I'm the one looking at all of it. I can explain and treat within the medical model, but I go deeper to find the root cause.
When to Refer to Me
The key line: "Nothing is terribly wrong, but I don't feel fully alive."
They have fatigue, hormonal concerns, or a sense of being "off" after multiple specialists and fragmented answers.
They're dealing with fertility challenges, recurrent pregnancy loss, or the physical and emotional grind of treatment.
They're in perimenopause or menopause, or experiencing low libido or changes in sexual vitality.
They're "fine" on paper but have lost energy, joy, pleasure, or purpose.
They're a high achiever (physician, founder, caregiver, leader) who's burned out and disconnected from their body.
They want to explore sexuality, pleasure, and intimacy in a medically informed, shame-free space.
They're not sick, but they want more vitality, energy, and aliveness.
