I run a boutique nanny agency that helps families find experienced career nannies and babysitters who've been thoroughly screened and vetted. I guide every family personally, because childcare is never one size fits all. Every family deserves a village, and sometimes that village needs to be hired.
When to Refer to Me
Parental leave is ending and they need consistent full-time or part-time care.
They don't have family nearby or a strong support system.
They want an experienced pro offering guidance, reassurance, and hands-on help.
They've tried finding a reliable nanny on their own and it's been a nightmare.
Their regular care fell through or their needs changed and they need temporary or on-call help.

They want to pay below professional nanny or babysitter rates.
They want to hire off the books instead of as a legal household employer.
They need a nanny to provide medical or nursing care.
They won't follow the agency's screening, vetting, and placement process.
They want an arrangement that's unsafe, discriminatory, or outside reasonable childcare duties.
How We Work Together

We take it from there and guide the family through needs, recruiting, screening, and placement.
