ASK A FERTILITY NUTRITION & WELLNESS COACH

When to refer, what I treat, and how to work together.

What I Actually Do

I help people trying to conceive get their nutrition and daily habits working for their fertility, not against it. My 1:1 programs, Fueling Your Fertility and the IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive, combine food-first tools, emotional support, and habit change backed by science. Clients get a dedicated coach checking in every week and answering questions in real time, not one rushed appointment and a handout.

When to Refer to Me

  • They're trying to conceive, on their own or with IUI or IVF.

  • They have a retrieval or transfer coming up and want the controllable stuff (nutrition, lifestyle, toxin exposure) dialed in.

  • They're drowning in Google advice and need someone to say what actually matters and what doesn't.

  • They know the basics but can't make them stick without accountability.

  • They want a relationship with food that holds up long after the pregnancy test.

What a Referral Conversation Sounds Like

"You've got a lot of appointments already, so here's one that happens from your couch. Jillian is a fertility nutrition coach who'll check in with you every week and help you actually do the stuff, not just read about it. Her first call is free and zero pressure."

When Not to Refer to Me

  • They need diagnosis, treatment, or management of a specific dietary condition. Send them to a registered dietitian.

  • They only want information and have no interest in putting it into practice. Coaching is about implementation.

How We Work Together

  • I have flyers with QR codes and 5x7 postcards ready for your patients and clients.

  • Local to LA? I'll drop resources at your office.

  • Great partners: fertility doctors, acupuncturists, therapists, and anyone supporting clients who are TTC.
